The short version:
For customers we keep information about name, e-mail, address, products owned, serial numbers, spent amount, payment method (no payment details), IP address (for fraud prevention) and download history.
For newsletter recipients we keep information about name and e-mail.
Data Processors (third party services that we use) are our e-commerce service FastSpring, and our newsletter tool MailChimp, both of which we have separate data processing agreements with.
You may review, change or remove your information from our records at any time, just e-mail us at support@roboticbean.com.

For internal analysis, we have a local, encrypted & anonymized copy of orders.
We have made several other security precautions (encrypted hard-drives, two-factor authentication, 20+ digit password changed regularly, minimum number of employees that can access the information).
For our customers, we sometimes need to send product updates or new versions.
For the newsletter, we frequently send information about new products, discounts and other news connected to our products.
